Managing Your InteractAI Account Users can manage their account settings, update personal information, and customize platform preferences through the Account Management dashboard.
How to Manage Your Account
Access Account Settings:
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Update Personal Information:
In the "Profile" section, you can update your personal information such as name, profile picture, and contact details.
Change Password:
Go to the "Security" section and select "Change Password".
Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and click "Update".
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Enhance your account security by enabling 2FA. Go to the "Security" tab and toggle the 2FA option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up 2FA using a mobile authentication app.
Social Media Integration:
Connect or disconnect your social media accounts from the "Linked Accounts" tab. This allows you to link multiple accounts for a seamless user experience across different platforms.
Notification Preferences:
Customize how you receive notifications under the "Preferences" section. You can enable or disable email notifications, SMS alerts, and in-app messages .
Wallet Management:
View your wallet balance, add new wallet addresses, and manage your $IAI tokens through the "Wallet" section.
Account Deactivation:
If you wish to deactivate or delete your account, navigate to the "Account Settings" section and select "Deactivate Account". Note that deactivation is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
